About the event
This workshop series will pair the long restorative holds with hands on Reiki healing. You will
leave this therapeutic practice feeling restored and relaxed. As you journey through some
restorative postures you will receive the healing power of Reiki energy. This will help take you to
a deeper state of peace and tranquility. This combination aims to improve physical, mental ,
energetical and emotional well-being.
Restorative Yoga sessions allow the body to slow down and relax in a small number of
